For example, if it’s a syncing issue, how much (if any) the sync process completes? What version of our software are you using? What version of webOS? What carrier? Is this a new issue, or something that’s been happening awhile? Can you consistently reproduce the problem? If so, what are the steps to reproduce? If it’s intermittent, can you isolate any specific conditions?
